and we will take your information verbally. 2.
Once we receive your personal information we will call you to verify everything if you have submitted the form via the website, email, or fax. 3.
Decide upon the type of service(s) you would like to use and/or how many hours you would like to purchase. Have your credit card on hand for payment information. 4.
Review our Terms of Service. 5.
Confirm particulars of your services, i.e. what service, date, time, etc. 6.
Let us handle your errands and tasks so you can enjoy your free time!
Its’ that simple! We offer a friendly and efficient service to effectively put time back on your side.
Hours of Operation – Our concierge services are available Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Services after hours, on weekends, and holidays will be subject to a surcharge or higher rate.
Areas of Service – For concierge type services we service any area. For personal assistant type services we service the Five Cities area. For an additional fee we can service the greater San Luis Obispo County. For a quote on personal assistant services beyond the Five Cities area please contact us
Personal Concierge Services $35 per hour
After hours and Saturdays will be charged at 1.5x the appropriate rate
Sundays will be charged at 2x the appropriate rate
Holidays will be charged at 3x the appropriate rate
A minimum of one hour will be charged for all services, then at a rate of ¼ hour thereafter. All services will be secured by full payment in advance.

#1 An event (say dad’s 75th birthday party) or trip (perhaps a family reunion cruise) needs to be planned but you may not have the expertise or time to plan such a trip or event. Hand it over to Luxe to take care of all the details and make sure it all runs smoothly.
#2 A small business has laid off some employees to cut costs during the Recession. Now that business is picking up again, the companyneeds another employee, but it isn’t in the budget yet. Rather than spending the time and putting forth the effort to interview and screen potential employees, you have two alternative options: The first, hire Luxe Personal Concierge to complete the administrative duties needed in a timely and professional manner; The second, hire Luxe Personal Concierge to screen the numerous amount of applicants for the position. We can provide an objective view on who is the most qualified and give you back the time you need to manage your busy lifestyle.
#3 Your small business is taking off and you need help staying on track and managing your time but don’t want to hire an employee, assistant, or temporary employment agency; Luxe to the rescue! We can assist in a virtual or in office capacity to help with any office related duty from receptionist to administration to marketing to contracts! Let us know your need and we can fill the spot!
