How Do I Order Your Services?
There are three simple ways to do this, because that's how it should be, simple, right? ¤1. For Personal Assistance, you can call for an appointment at 805-550-8932, or 805-550-8231. The same goes for Personal Concierge, however you will not require an appointment since there is no face to face interaction. ¤2. For both Personal Assistance and Personal Concierge services, you can e-mail any time a copy of the client request form to

. Once your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions on the next step depending on the type of service you have requested. ¤3. You can click on the link to the Contact Page and fill out the contact form on our web site. Once it has been processed you will once again receive a confirmation e-mail with further instruction pertaining to your service request. This will be sent to the e-mail you provide in the contact form.
Do You Offer Gift Certificates?
Yes, we do offer gift certificates! Gift certificates may be purchased for $45 per hour, and you may purchase any amount of hours for your gift certificate. The recipient may redeem their certificate for any type of service we offer. We kindly ask that the recipient redeem their gift certificate within one year of issuance. Please email or call to order gift certificates. Prices, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. Incentives and referrals are subject to our Terms of Service.
How Does Your Payment Work?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express, checks, money orders, traveler’s checks, and cash. A minimum of one hour will be billed for all services, then at a rate of ¼ hour thereafter. Services are secured by full payment in advance.
How Do Additional Expenses Work?
Any additional expenses such as cost of commodities like groceries, liquor, flowers, cost of outside vendors such as pet groomers, Contractors, Flights/Travel expenses, cost of materials or any other expense other than the actual service provided by Luxe Personal Concierge is the responsibility of the Client. Before any errand service (Personal Assistant Service) can be completed, we must receive full payment for materials in advance in the form of cash or certified tellers cheque. No exceptions. For clients outside of the Five Cities area or for errands that require a Luxe Personal Concierge representative to travel outside of the Five Cities area (example: Costco, Target, etc...) will result in an additional charge for travel expenses.
Is my information safe and confidential? Do you disclose any information to anyone?
Yes your information is safe and secure. At Luxe Personal Concierge, we take pride in maintaining client confidentiality. We will not disclose any of your information to anyone including your name, address, e-mail, phone number, credit card information, bank accounts, or even the services you requested unless you sign a written waiver that allows us to use your testimonial on our web site and brochures. Once again, we at Luxe Personal Concierge are trying to take the stress out of your life and put time back on your side.
Can my family members use my Luxe Account?
Yes, family members living in the same household are entitled to useage of your Luxe account with your permission. Family members not living in your same household may not use your account.
Do You Offer Any Incentives?
Yes, we do! We have incentives for purchasing blocks of hours at once. • Purchase 5 hours of service and receive 1/2 hour free (10% discount); • Purchase 10 hours of service and receive 1 1/2 hours free (15% discount); • Purchase 15 hours of service and receive 3 hours free (20% discount); • Purchase 20 hours of service and receive 4 hours free plus reminder service (20% discount plus a free service while hours remain in your concierge account); • Purchase of more than 20 hours at once, please call for a custom quote.
We also have a referral program. Refer an associate, friend or family member and if they purchase 5 or more Luxe hours, you will receive 1 free Concierge Hour with Luxe. Make sure your referral let’s us know you referred them!

Do You Have A Cancellation Policy?
Yes, we do have a limited cancellation policy. Once your order for a Luxe service has been processed and you have received your confirmation email, you must cancel that service at least 24 hours prior to execution of that service to avoid penalty. Notice of cancellation less than 24 hours notice will result in a $35 fee. Cancellation less than 24 hours notice without notice will result in the full price of the service ordered.
What Areas Do You Service?
Areas of Service: • For concierge type services we service any area. • For personal assistant type services we service the Five Cities area and most of San Luis Obispo. Please call to verify we serve your area.

Do You Have Any Holiday or After Hours Charges?
At Luxe Personal Concierge we understand that the holidays can be a frantic time when time is not on your side. Also we understand that party emergencies happen and require a sober driver to deliver supplies. However we do have charges that apply after business hours and during holidays. If you absolutely need Luxe Personal Concierge services after hours or during holidays, it will be our pleasure to provide you with your requested services. Keep in mind that any services rendered on holidays or after hours without prior appointment will result in an additional fee.
After hours and Saturdays will be charged at 1.5x the appropriate rate Sundays will be charged at 2x the appropriate rate Holidays will be charged at 3x the appropriate rate A minimum of one hour will be charged for all services, then at a rate of ¼ hour thereafter. All services will be secured by full payment in advance.
What Services Do You Not Offer?
Luxe Personal Concierge does will not comply with any request that involves illegal, inhumane, or immoral issues. We will not transport controlled substances or deliver alcohol and/or tobacco to minors. We also will not complete any service that will result in the pain and/or suffering of any person or animal. If the service is considered illegal in accordance to California State Law, we will not even consider doing it.
